Unique QA Testing Services

At iTech Labs, we aim to be in tune with the individual needs and requirements of our customers. There are certain features and services that we offer in addition to what you might find elsewhere, as part of our basic service.

iTech Labs can either have translations carried out in various languages, or review existing translations. We have evaluated translations in about a dozen European languages thus far, with the list continually growing. Our accredited technical translators are available in most languages.
We review your documentation for content consistency to ensure it’s ready for its intended use in the required language.

If your software involves any statistical computations, mathematics or strategy, we are very well equipped to carry out these evaluations. We conduct theoretical calculations or simulations as required, to ensure the coding behind your software is consistently accurate, and the outcomes are as expected.

iTech Labs assists in developing documentation for processes and procedures for internal use or regulatory compliance. This documentation can be operational or security related.

We can review your existing documentation for consistency and content, to help you ensure it is at a level ready for its intended use – that it is sufficiently detailed to allow coding, and where it will meet external regulatory requirements.

iTech Labs develops manual and automated test scripts for various kinds of testing. We usually generate test scripts based on customer specifications, regulatory requirements or both.

Our consultants have many years of experience in developing test scripts for both gaming and commercial applications. These applications use different technologies, languages, operating systems, devices and browsers. Our test scripts are aimed at meeting the requirements of the applicable specifications, meeting any regulatory compliance requirements, and providing a reliable and resilient system.

iTech Labs develops test tools for manual and automated tests, based on specific requirements. So far, we have developed test tools for: Emulation Tests, Game simulations, Actual Outcome Analyses for different types of probability-based applications, Code Analyses, Chi-square Tests, and the list is continually growing.

Test Tool Development involves analysing the requirements (inputs, processing and outputs), developing and testing the tool and finally, deployment.

Test Automation is the use of special software to control the execution of tests, and the comparison of actual outcomes against expected outcomes. Test Automation can automate repetitive but necessary tasks in a formalized testing process, or conduct additional testing that would be difficult to perform manually. This is especially useful in mobile applications, with the current mobile landscape changing as rapidly as it has been in recent years. There is a constant demand for updates and change, prompting on-going development and testing.

The main approaches to Test Automation are given below:

Code-driven testing: The public interfaces to classes, modules or libraries are tested with a variety of input arguments, to validate that the results returned are correct.

Graphical user interface testing: A testing framework generates user interface events, such as keystrokes and mouse clicks, and observes the changes that result in the user interface, to validate that the observable behaviour of the program is correct.

API driven testing: This is a testing framework that uses an interface to the application to validate the behaviour being tested.

iTech Labs shall maintain an independent relationship with its customers, so that the capacity to provide independent services by it, or its subsidiaries are not adversely affected.
